Very good but ..
We might have been unlucky but the beer delivery to the pub underneath lasted noisily from 5am to 6:30. Also the advertised wifi network didn't exist. Otherwise great property in a great location.

Top location
Flat is very clean. Well equipped. Bed extreme comfy.
Nearest Tesco 230 steps. Nearest Sainsbury 280 steps. Nearest tube Leicester Square exit 1 - forgotten but probably less than 100 steps
Theatre next door. Pub below. Leicester Square, covent garden Trafalgar Square etc in the doorstep. The flat is up a few flights of stairs and no lift so not suitable for someone with mobility problems but otherwise it's a little gem.
