Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice mattress, bed linens & pillows. Bathroom clean and nice. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because there is a Pret a Manger just down the street where I could get breakfast at a much better price. Location right by British Museum and underground, in a pleasant neighborhood. Lots of local restaurants where I had good, reasonably priced dinners.

The room could be more clean. The staff was excellent, i want to mention Leela who was very patient and kind and gave to me alot of references about different places and how to get to each place.

Very clean room, check in and baggage storage process a little chaotic. TV not working and had to ask three times to get sorted. Staff courteous on the whole. Very comfortable bed and quiet to sleep.
