No lift, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Room service is very poor. They came to clean the room but didn’t replace toiletries, didn’t change the tea cups and didn’t clear the trash. Total waste of money. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room, the hotel, the patio, concierge, location was amazing! It is completely remodeled with high end and technology features! Cute little hotel, very close to train station, in a quiet street but just around the corner to a busy avenue where you can find everything! Dilkesh in the front desk was wonderful! From the first day we arrived until we left! Highly recommended and will stay here again!

The hotel had no lift and the stairs were a challenge with sizable bags. Wouldn’t stay again for this reason. Would have been OK if there was someone to assist with getting bags to/from room

Hotel staff was very nice. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated. Loved the coffee bar and water station. Set up was like a cute cafe. Room was on the smaller size but we made it work.

An excellent place to stay with my teenage daughter for 2 nights over half term. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Well positioned for the tube station and plenty of food outlets nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were very helpful, fast and efficient, the rooms while small were perfectly equipped, stylish, clean and comfortable! I loved the coffee bar and water and bubbly taps! Such a nice touch!

I have stayed in many mid tier hotels in central London. My stay at Brit hotel was a nice room, quiet, and well kept. Staff is very helpful. Room was spotless. Shower worked (yes, you'd think it would be a given, but many central London hotels seem to be full of leaking showers). Room was quiet, not much room-next-door noise.. And as a builder/creator, I always notice things like trim and moulding, the way pipes fit together, or leaky tiles in bathroom floors. Can't help myself. This place was tip top shape. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, give Brit Hotel a try! I'd stay again.
