Room was clean and in good condition. Staff at reception lovely and helpful. Wish I’d realised there is no breakfast available and we had to go to the weatherspoons across the road - usually this would be ok but it coincided with the Santa Dash so it was mobbed with weary runners. Also in a noisy area of the city with banging music till 1am and sirens. However, very handy for the station, shopping and entertainment.

A firealarm that was running for 30 minutes during nighttime is unconvinient of course. Safety is the most important matter, but the firemen said all was under control. No appologies, information or discount at check out. Staff seems indifferent!

We stayed last night for the river if lights. The room was clean and comfortble. The ability to change the room temperature is great. Our room was only set up for 2 people. However there was 4 of us. They were quick to.provide extra towels, cups, coffe and milk.

Fiz reserva porque na descrição dizia que tinha estacionamento disponível por 4 libras por 24h. Quando chegamos nos mandaram pra um estacionamento longe do hotel pra quem teve que tomar chuva pra voltar ao hotel e ainda tivemos que pagar 50 libras por 2 diárias. A cama da terceira pessoa tinha um buraco no meio do colchão tornando super desconfortável, o que provocou uma crise de coluna, atrapalhando toda a programação de quem passou apenas 2 dias na cidade. Os celulares passaram a noite para carregar e amanheceram com 30 a 50% de carga nos 4 aparelhos que tínhamos (só pode ter sido algum problema na rede elétrica do hotel porque no hotel anterior e o seguinte carregaram normalmente), o que nos deixou sem comunicação em grande parte do dia). Não volto mais a esse hotel.
