Evening meal poor. Recommend eating in airport instead. Meal was pricey and tasted like it was in warmer all day. We didnt eat it. staff didn’t appear interested or surprised to hear it was poor quality

Although there was underground parking we chose to park in the parking lot in front of the hotel. It was very busy because of the beach being right there but it seemed easier to access than to drive underground. The rooms are clean and adequate. Staff especially Vanessa (concierge) was very helpful. Hotel was close to amenities and restaurants. Ubers were easy to get. I’d stay here again bc the price was right.

Hotel is great! Clean and beautifully designed. It was so insanely close of a walk from the aiport; I loved it. I had a 1 night layover in Lisbon, so this hotel was perfect. Only thing is not too many restaurant options within walking distance.

Great airport hotel. Very clean .. did not have a car, but there’s ample parking if you have one…. Good options for breakfast served buffet style. There is also a buffet lunch, which is reasonably priced. Walkable to airport, but there is a shuttle available…. Comfortable bad would definitely recommend and have stayed there a few times…

We have never been to Lisbon before and my husband is Portuguese..we arrived late about 9pm because of flight delays and we were starving, 4 of us , the service was awful, treated us horrible, never came to table, we had no idea it was a buffet from where we sat, I train servers and hotel staff for a living and this was embarrassing.. the food was ice cold , very dissatisfied, Breakfast staff was great and food was good..we loved our rooms.. evening staff needs training in hospitality and service…

I had a great stay, even if it was only for a single night. The location is perfect, literally a 3-5 minute walk directly to and from the airport. My room was cozy and impeccably clean. I also utilized the fitness facility, which was actually located in an adjacent building and required a separate fee of approximately €12. I was genuinely surprised by the charge, as I had expected access to be included with the stay. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed the workout due to the facility's wide range of machines and weights.

The hotel was exceptional as was customer service…and the complimentary breakfast. We stayed there due to it being 200m from the airport. They gave us an extended check out of 3pm which was when we needed to be at the airport. We highly recommended this venue. We also loved the room. It was extra special. Thank you Star Inn Hotel!
