Our room had no running water in the morning. Not able to shower when we got up was upsetting as we had a flight to catch. Thank goodness we had a bottle of water so we could brush our teeth.

It is a perfect place to spend the night when you get in late from an international flight or if you’re leaving early in the morning. They have blackout curtains. They are walkable from the airport. They also served a lovely breakfast that was included in the stay.

Great place to stay for catching the flight next day early morning etc as it’s very close to airport and offers free shuttle every 15 minutes and free breakfast. The rooms were nice but bathroom very small especially toilet area Could have been easily done better but for one night no big deal. Dinning options were limited. Sort of forced to take the buffet option though we were not in the mood for it and wanted to grab a quick bite and sleep. I did not like that part and hope they change that. Otherwise overall was a very good clean place for a quiet short stay.

Early Morning flight from Lisbon

Overnight stay as had early flight. Waited 15 minutes for airport shuttle at 5am... then decided to walk. Actually alot closer than I thought. Maybe 15 minutes for a slow walker (me). Part of my stay included free breakfast. Normally when you check out at 5am. You get little or nothing at all. Not so with this hotel! Great Continental breakfast starting at 2am! Full breakfast at 6am! Besides the breakfast, had a wine before bedrime and they had a delicious Portuguese Red. I also was able to borrow then buy a Europe to US or UK plug adapter as I left mine in Montenegro. Overall for the price and purpose, it was an excellent value. Staff spoke very good English which helped as my Portuguese is pretty none existent. Recognition for all the staff!

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I travel often. On the morning of our departure, the hotel completely cut off the water supply all morning. That meant no shower, no way to brush our teeth, no way to wash up, and not even the ability to properly use the bathroom before heading to the airport for a long day of travel. This is not an inconvenience, this is a complete failure to provide the most basic necessity. The staff’s response only made things worse. When we politely asked for help, they treated us horribly. Instead of showing concern, they told us multiple times to “lower our voices” as though we were in the wrong for being upset. They kept repeating that they were “not responsible,” refusing to provide any solutions or even an apology. At one point, the receptionist promised to bring water bottles, but they never arrived. If I had waited for him, I would have been late for my flight. Their words and actions showed a total lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for guests. How can anyone pay for a hotel room and not even be given access to WATER? It is outrageous that a service we paid for could not meet the most basic human need. Not only did the hotel fail to provide this, but they also showed zero care or urgency in fixing the issue. Instead, they dismissed us and left us to leave for the airport feeling dirty, disrespected, and frustrated. This experience was unacceptable from beginning to end.
