Great location with a terrific view of the city of Vancouver. Watched the sunrise and sunset over the city from our balcony. Bed was very comfortable and soft sheets, room equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe, robes. Hotel has a bar and restaurant right by the lobby too. Check in was smooth with friendly, helpful service by Arjun. The north Vancouver location is great, lots of shops, restaurants and areas to relax along the waterfront. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Lonsdale Quay market and also the SeaBus which comes every few minutes and gets you to downtown Vancouver in less than 15 minutes. Beautiful way to get into the city. Also staying in N. Vancouver allows you to avoid some of the downtown traffic.

Great spot. The bathroom water pressure not that great though nor was the sink. Overall great stay. Highly recommend the Artigiano Shipyards coffee place short walk by the pier. Also easy ferry to get across the bay too.

This hotel is one of my go-to’s when I’m in Vancouver. I prefer a partial harborview room because it’s a reasonable price and still has a great view. The tub catches some of the view so it’s a great chance to take a soak. Pool and sauna facilities are excellent. Parking is super convenient and safe. Walking distance to drug stores, restaurants, coffee, and some shopping. Staff has always been top notch. Breakfast is always excellent. I literally have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It is always a pleasure to stay here!

Great hotel in the heart of a nice area, was enjoyable stay with my family. Parking and pet fees were sure expensive for 2 nights and 2 vehicles... But I guess that is everywhere these days. The parking was easily accessible and in a good location. Friendly staff. A nice welcome drink and coupons for the restaurant was a nice bonus.

Went for an overnight stay. Requested a room with a view of downtown and were very happily welcomed by a fantastic view of downtown upon entering the room. Beds were clean and comfy. Balcony was nice and provided a great spot to look out over the shipyards and town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that parking in the underground was $30 (consider including this in the room rate if the guest is driving).
