Stayed for the night of June 21, 2025 Turns out to be worst experience. Room was in shocking bad condition from torn chair, dirty sofa, ripped curtains and wallpaper. I informed front desk about the condition of the room and receptionist responded that we are aware of the issues in the room. I wonder why they are giving rooms such bad condition? We felt like they have taken advantage of us. Since all the room reservations these days are prepaid and guests have no choice to change or cancel the reservation and hotels like this one take full advantage of this by giving such rooms. No apology no remorse by staff just yes we are aware. Not sure why Hilton brand is associated with such property I suggest everyone thinking yo make reservations there to stay from this hotel as far as you can.

The place is far from the pictures they show on the website. Those must have been 10 years ago. The entrance is not too bad but the rest of the hotel is vary dated. All the carpets are buckled, wallpaper peeling, stain on doors worn off, stain in tub, chairs are torn, the lights for the sign needed replacing and the smell in our room was horrible, we had to keep a window open. But, the staff were nice and the food was good. I was embarrassed as we paid for 2 rooms for 2 days and friends came with us as we had a funeral to attend. I would never go back there again, we should have been refunded for 1 night X 2 rooms, as we could not change hotels. Very disappointed, Mona Lamb

We had a smooth and pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton near Edmonton International Airport. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with handy extras like a mini-fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with plenty of hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a reliable and family-friendly option we’d happily book again.

Reception and breakfast were very good. Hotel certainly needs some upgrading, as carpets and furniture are wearing out, and decor is definitely "dated". Tub enclosure makes it difficult for seniors to access because it is so high.
