This was an okay stay. Tiny rooms with paper thin walls. Also disappointed the pool was so small. Location and views are great. Average breakfast, average overall.

Breakfast was limited, but fresh and was good. I would encourage Expedia to change their room descriptions of this property, specifically for the handicapped accessible rooms. turns out there are 2 different types of handicapped accessible rooms. 1 for hearing impaired, and 1 for the physically handicapped such as a wheelchair accessible. The hearing accessible has a couch area and 2nd TV in an extended room for viewing from the couch. It also has a shower (not a bathtub, and NO shower chairs available, and NO hand rails bathroom or shower. The physically handicapped room (wheelchair accessible) DOES NOT HAVE a 2nd TV OR an extended room. It also has a bathtub NOT shower and has a built in shower chair AND hand rails in the bathroom & shower. The manager I spoke to said that he's been trying to get Expedia to change the room descriptions for their hotel, but still no changes. what this meant for my stay, was that my physically handicapped spouse COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER our entire stay. But the hotel DID offer to move me to another physically handicapped room, but it was just too much trouble to move once we were unpacked and there for a bit already.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The staff was even better, they were courteous, helpful and very kind. We one VERY MINOR hiccup, but the staff made it right immediately. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend this property to anyone! We will be back.

Facility was clean and lovely! Our room appeared to not have been finished as there were no hangers, not even a rod to hang anything. Could also use a towel hook in bathroom, no place to hang towels to reuse. Breakfast was mostly unavailable as lone staff member was not able to keep up with eggs, etc. Items were not replenished, waited 30 minutes for eggs. We traveled with our daughter, SIL and their 3 children.They were forced to have 2 rooms, children were 8 and 6 yrs and a 17 mos old baby that sleeps in travel crib. There should be a policy that under age 2 yrs should not be counted as a full person to need an additional room

This is a fantastic hotel that's neatly tucked away right before you entrance to Leavenworth. The staff was amazing and the room was right up there as well. I can't think of one thing that frustrated me. I will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was good. I don’t have an animal but there were others that brought theirs and they seemed accommodating. I do hope they have specific rooms for pets only due to allergies. We enjoyed our room and the view. The hotel is spacious with a pool. The rooms are small but you don’t spend much time on them. The area is great and it’s right next to the bus stop that takes you to town.

The hotel has no hot tub, I didnt think to double check because it has a pool. That was disappointing for our stay. Bathroom also could really use some towel or garment hooks so you coul hang up towels or anything in the bathroom.

Alejandro and David were extremely friendly. Hotel is only 2 months old and decor was very nice. Plenty of room to sit and read in the lobby area and enjoy the views of the mountains.
