Overall it is a nice property with great views and reach breakfast. Leaving only 4 starts as our room had issues with the water heater and the problem wasn’t addressed properly.

Great experience at Icicle Resort. Breakfast is good quality and the in house restaurant has good food and options as well. Kids enjoyed the game room. Location is very close to the adventure park. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay. We liked that the breakfast buffet was included in both the stay. And enjoyed the “adults only” pool: hot tub hour. One hot tub and one pool were both closed in opposite areas, so that was strange. But we made due. Also the restaurant was closed for lunch dinner on our last two days there which was inconvenient. But again we just made due and went to town to eat. We LOVED the spa and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were all very kind and helpful.

The spa was great, I had an awesome massage. My room was super clean. The restaurant was open one day I was there, the food was good. The breakfast in the morning was also good. Thin walls, you can hear the cleaners and your neighbors.

The original condo i booked through Expedia was beautifully decorated, large two rooms, great location. Just overall a great choice for a family needinf space. Unfortunately the water tank broke and we had to change rooms half way through our stay. The condo they moved us into was not the same, was smaller, curtains falling down, not very roomy, and rooms were so small the closets didnt open. The staff were all friendly, the food is fine, overall a good stay, just wish we coukd of stayed in our original room.
