Katy the shuttle bus driver was a 5 star service. Checking in and out great My room very clean and I even got a top floor as I requested. Restaurant experience was not good however the manager took immediate action. Location was exactly what I needed. I will recommend and return.

Overall stay was fine. Front desk staff were very friendly. The guest staying next to me was extremely loud even when I complained about the noise to the front desk. My room was mostly clean but noticed dirt in the corners in the sleeping space on the carpet. As well as hair in the bathroom. Finally the staff member that drove the shuttle complained to the entire bus about her morning as well as cars driving through “her” parking lot to go to the gas station. A bit unprofessional.

Terrible experience. We didn’t get the room we reserved (or anything close to it). We paid extra for a Deluxe/Larger Room w/ King Bed and Pullout (for our kid) but instead got a regular room with 1 bed and a chair. We were told they couldn’t do anything about it other than a breakfast ticket. The next day they said they could get me in the room we reserved, upon moving to that room we found that once again…not the room we reserved and this one even had outlets without covers! Unsafe for many reasons but especially having our 14mo daughter with us. The air conditioning in both rooms was broken and wouldn’t get the room below 75 degrees. Water damage on all ceilings/walls, gaps under the doors large enough for anyone to look under. We cut our vacation short due to all of this and just headed home. No refund or anything was offered other than a free breakfast. I will not be referring this to any family, friends, players, etc in the future. Ruined what should have been a great weekend.

This is not a typical hilton, its really subpar.l. If this had the name super 8 attached to it, you would expect to pay $69 and it would fit. The facilities are dated and a little dirty. Wall paper peeling, ceiling tiles pushed up, dark and dreary hotel. Despite multiple rekeys, the fabs didnt unlock the back door or the workout room. They charge for parking, which I understand because they offer shuttle service to the airport, but should give a pass for people staying there for each night they stay ($13 per night to park on their lot…not garage) There were never any luggage carts the whole time. They point to an area where the carts should be but they were never there because I walked through that area frequently during our stay. As a “higher end hotel” if you arent going maintain carts, at least offer to have concierge staff help for a tip. The staff knock once and enter your room and then say sorry…and did this repeatedly down the hall at 8am. If you are expecting a typical hilton, this is not, just be aware. On a positive not there is some nice grassy area for wiffle ball out back.
