This hotel used to be my go to hotel when I would go to Kansas City MO to see my family. My last stay was a 3 day stay. On the next to last day I came back to the hotel and my personal things were moved from my room and taken to another. When I asked they said they needed the room for a handicap person. I too am handicapped. I found another hotel and will be giving them my business from now on. Oh, and the handicapped room they moved me out of smelled musty and they only came in and sprayed some room deodorizer which quickly disappeared.

I need to personally thank the housekeeping staff and front desk agent Jocelyn. I left some important personal items in the closet and they went above and beyond to help me get them back. Our family took a quick little trip to Kansas City and we felt like this hotel was perfect as it wasn’t in as busy of an area as Kansas City but the area still had a lot to see and do. The drive into Kansas City was pretty easy and didn’t take long at all. Breakfast was very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did have to change rooms upon arrival due to the air conditioning not working in the first room but we were switched to a new room quickly and without a fuss.
