A charming Victorian house with heritage furnishings, comfortable room with wonderful views. Free breakfast was a bonus and much appreciated. Close to the CBD, just down the hill. Would have extended our stay but was booked out, never mind we'll be back.

What a charming address with wonderful view of the CBD and Tamar river. My room was very clean, had everything I required. My welcome and checkin was seamless. Very nice place that has kept its old charm with rooms reminding me of fawlty towers era. Quiet hardly heard a person or traffic, our room was spacious, breakfast was basic with not much variety but does the job for a night or two (any more ild get bored of it). Questions over the internet answered quickly and lady apologetic about her english but she spoke well enough to get by. Not for those lacking fitness as its a few hundred metres up a hill from the city and shops Ild definitely recommend it and would have no problems staying there again.
