A lovely motel just a short walk from town centre. Rooms at the back are quiet. Staff were very helpful and wanted us to have the ideal room. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Very hot in room, and air conditioner not up to the job. Rooms close to road are noisy due to Launceston's abundance of motoring enthusiasts with noise enhanced cars. Opened window to try and cool room but of course it is then even noisier. I asked for a room further from the road but was told they were full.

Disappointed on arrival to find we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with heavy bags. As seniors with health issues we would like to have known no lift. Suggest people call hotel directly to request ground floor.
