The heating and air conditioning unit was not great. It would not even set above 71 degrees. So we had to shut it off all of the time. Then the room would get too hot.

The front dear lady was so sweet helping many people and not feeling well but she didn’t show it. Clean spacious room and very comfortable bed. Definitely will stay again when back in vegas

Rooms were a little outdated and the furniture should be replaced. Not the most soundproofed rooms either. You can hear every little footstep above you. Stay on the 3rd floor if you can to avoid this. The staff were the best part of my stay. They were amazing, from the front desk to all the housekeeping! Breakfast was better than I was expecting, good variety. My family looked forward to eating every morning. Location was very walkable to a lot of shops and resaurants, which is rare in the Las Vegas area, because you really need a car to get around.
