Super cute hotel. My only major issue is-could not get hot water for about 20 min one morning. And, the walls are THIN.

Really nice and new hotel in Henderson, super clean and modern with plenty of free parking. The breakfast is a little bit of a strange set-up, you can order hot items at the desk and they pass them through a little window, there really isn’t any explanation of how to order anything. Might be helpful if they explained how it works when you check in. Otherwise it was a great stay, definitely would stay again.

Disappointed in Henderson Aloft hotel
reservations at the front desk were mishandled, your production crew was on site filming. While 3of us were eating at the bar, a crew member asked if we could vacate the area for 15minutes so they could film?!!?? The ‘concierege’ was looking down AT HIS PHONE while I stood waiting for help. I had to ask him if he was available. 2 people in a room & housekeeping only made 1 of the beds!! Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The property is very modern and clean. Staff is extremely friendly. The shower was somewhat awkward. It is located right when you come in, but its not enclosed as in a bathroom. Nice Hotel. Pet friendly an in comparison to some other Hotels the rooms are clean and do not smell funky. I didn't mind spending the $50 pet fee.

I've stayed at this property on 4 separate occasions. I prefer not to stay in a casino and away from the Strip area. The area is lively and accessible to a variety of restaurants and shops. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear your neighbors conversations or music if its a little louder than usual. They hold a $75 fee per night for incidentals and it usually takes about a week for it to fall off. They also charge for early check in and check out. These are usual fees but lately you'll find other properties waiving these fees because its slow season. This property seems to be busier than others. Its always very clean/tidy with never a complaint on my part. The common area is fun with a pool table and bar area for entertainment or you can go outside to the pool area which has firepits.
