Did not get rest

Our room did not really appear clean. There was a lot of built up dust and dirt marks around edges and corners. The sheets felt rough on my skin. The absolute worst part of the stay was someone in the room above us loudly was (sounded like running) pounding noise on floor LITERALLY ALL NIGHT LONG, into the late morning. Was really strange hearing that all night. Made sleep impossible.

Check in wasnt ready until almost an hour after, several people frustrated that room wasn't ready. When we finally got a room, the key didnt work. Get in the room, the blind is broken, it doesnt open, the sink is clogged and doesnt drain. There is a waterbl bottle cover and fries on the floor by the bed from previous guest. The elevator was broken and there were 2 busses and a wedding there at the same time so it was very busy.

Check in was excellent. We arrived 30minutes early as we had a wedding to get to. They accommodated us with an early check. Room was clean and bed was Comfortable. Hotel hallways needed a serious vacuuming and one of the elevators was out of service.
