Overall it was great. We stayed 1 night. The room was small but clean. The area was cozy and convenient. The pools were very big and the jacuzzi was amazing. The only 2 things that I didn’t love was the beds were hard to sleep in and not comfy. And the indoor pools were not heated as advertised. But we would prob stay again

Very clean room, staff was amazing and hot tub was awesome!!! Didn't use the pool. Was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Amish country !!! Bird in hand was in walking distance and was amazing as well !!

Room was clean; staff was pleasant. We were right off the lobby so heard a lot of noise in the early morning when people were checking out, etc. The hotel must have been fully booked; when we returned in the evening there were no parking spaces available at the front of the hotel. We had to park down the hill in the back. There seemed to be other entrances into the building but our key didn’t open the doors and we had to come all the way up the hill to get into the building. I did let the front desk know this had happened.

The part of the INN we stayed at was very quiet, and the room smelled nice and was very clean upon check in. They have lawn chairs outside that you can sit and enjoy the weather. There is a nice bakery and cafe within walking distance, as well as an artisan village with some nice shops. The only complaint is that sometimes we would hear a gurgling noise coming from the bathtub. Everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was excellent and the room was really clean and nice. We were so close to the pool too. This would be a great place to go with kids. They have mini golf, a playground and awesome pool.

Great Place for Families!

What a great place! We’re a family of 3 and stayed for a weekend trip to Lancaster and will definitely come back. The staff were incredibly friendly. The Inn itself, had planned events, so there’s no shortage of things to do. Our room was extremely clean and I was surprised with the amount of space we had (booked a standard room w/double beds). I’m looking forward my next trip and staying here again!
