The hotel serves its purpose for a quick place to sleep. The breakfast was not bad for a 2 star hotel, continental (cereal, bagels, english muffin,coffee, apple and orange juice), beats having no breakfast at all but you get what you pay for. Bed is comfortable enough to lay on without complaining but the pillows were hard as a rock.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The quality of the continental breakfasts was good. My only issue was that the room was very dusty. The microwave was dirty and the tv had food splattered on it.

There was a heavy police presence at the room next to mine and although i asked to move rooms it was denied. There were no answers and the owner just said no worries all ok. The owner never even offered to accommodate us with any discount or refund even though the police were at the room right next to ours for hours. On top of that there was no hot water at all. Worst stay EVER!

Very Nice front desk management. very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast area was exactly what we eat at home in the mornings. Different types of bagels, white bread, English muffins, 2 types of juice coffee tea and 3 types of cereal.

Very hard beds (we even tried changing rooms) and minimal service from the staff. OK on cleanliness but not clean enough. The breakfast is adequate (just cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, juice coffee and tea) but ended too early 8:30! On a 4-day stay the toasters were not fully operational even though the staff knew it. This lack of attention to detail means we won't be back.

Staff not helpful

The hotel is old but relatively clean. No elevator and the staff that checked me in smirked when I asked if there was an elevator and he said no stairs. The stairs were old and creaky and I’m in my 60’s. If I did not have my younger daughter with me I would not have been able to bring my things up those stairs. If you have any mobility issues ask for the first floor when booking a room.
