Biggest issue was that the bathroom baseboard heater didn’t work, so the floors were frozen cold. The bathroom drain had a bunch of caulk around it you could tell the bathroom was older and heavily used. Lots of rust and the whole caboose was leaning to the left so you felt weird when walking in it and felt like you were going to fall out of bed. The Amish horses were clip clopping early in the morning and late at night and the train blows its horn and comes through right near there around 7am, those seem to wake you up early. They need to be remodeled, the quality of materials in them are equivalent to a 1980s trailer. Only 2 towels and washcloths for a family of 5, just doesn’t cut it. Also it has a tiny little hot water heater that so only one person gets a warm shower then you have to wait 2 hours for it to heat back up. The queen bed slept fine like a heavily used standard firm bed.
