Very courteous staff who explained the amenities on arrival. The facility is clean but dated. The shower water was warm and not hot enough for my liking. It is exactly what you would expect for the price.

The room was sparkling clean. People at the desk were friendly and helpful. I had requested first floor room as I had an elderly aunt with me, we were just off the lobby. The room was nicely furnished and heat was as on when we arrived as it was quite cold, as it was December. The tv remotes were even marked for turning on and volume controls, so we knew which to use first. Check in was quick and easy. We were in Lancaster to go to the Dutch Apple dinner theater which was only a half mile away.

They have nice and clean rooms although they didn’t have house keeping for staying for 2 nights. No one made the beds or come clean the room. They have coffee all day which is good at the lobby and waffles for breakfast
