The ac unit did. It work properly and they refused to move the room due to fully booked. Understandable. They also would not refund anything. That was one room I booked. The other we found a huge blood stain on mattress and sheets. Management was brought and and was not happy. Still nothing refunded. We will never stay at this hotel again. We have pictures of the bed for proof.

The property was very nice, very quiet and calm. There’s stores nearby which was a plus because we were able to go places walking distance. Overall it was a very decent and comfortable stay.

Stayed in room facing busy road. Every 10 minutes truck drive by and it's loud. I could not sleep all night due to noise.

My family and i came in from out of town to see a priduction at Sight & Sound and we chose Avid Hotel in Lancaster. The room was clean and had adorable towel creations on the beds as well as in the bathroom. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We WILL be back! Thank you for a great stay!
