We’re allowed to check in before the checking time and the staff were very polite. The amenities within the facility was everything my kid wanted. We will definitely stay in hotel rock if we visited Lancaster again.

Having a coffee station out in the lobby in the morning so that people that get up before "kitchen opens" is a must. "king" sized bed is not a king sized bed.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service.

Unknown to me at the time, this is a famous hotel used by well-known rock-and-roll people and their roadies. We didn't see any, which was fine, but it adds an interesting flair to the hotel with the rr motif. The Desk said things are different when there are roadies all over at 4am. We stayed on weekdays. I imagine weekends are raucous. All the amenities were good. Used the hot tub. Morning breakfast was good and typical of decent hotel breakfasts. Several recording studios were seen around the parking lot. These guys Rock. 8-)

This may have been the easiest check-in I've ever done. I asked for an early check-in and got in the room 2 hours early! The entire facility was top notch and the room did not disappoint! We would gladly stay there again and highly recommend it!
