The room was very clean Unfortunately the bed was not to my liking. I am not a firm , spring mattress person. I felt there was plastic under the mattress cover. Everyone I turned it sound like plastic underneath. My grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and pool until a couple came down and should have stayed in their room. Ridiculous how some people have no respect for themselves or others I know this is out of y’all’s control and I should have addressed it with management

This was probably the very best hotel I have ever stayed at. I have stayed in probably 50 hotels in my 49 years. It gave me a very close feeling to rooms I have stayed in Vegas, the Bellagio and Venetian. It was immaculate and everything was just perfect. The sheets and towels were amazing. The decor was stunning. All staff super friendly and kind. I was so incredibly pleased with our stay. We will def be back for sure!

This was our second stay at the Hotel Rock Lititz, the hotel is updated, clean, and perfect for family stays. It is within driving distance to all Lancaster sights and attractions. Our kids love the indoor pool!
