Very clean and nice layout of the room. I really appreciate that this hotel provides a fridge and microwave! Delicious food downstairs at Per Diem. Only complaint would be the pillows are too thick, very hard to sleep on.

Always a good stay. The suites can be a bit cold in the winter (not enough heat vents), but regular rooms stay warm. Wish they had a barista in the hotel (not across the parking lot, esp in winter & it’s closed weekends). The tvs only have old school cable, no streaming, which is odd for a modern facility. Staff are always awesome & the facility very clean. Super convenient. Our hime away from home.

On New Year’s Eve, an employee ran outside to yell at the people who were making noise at midnight. When we went up to our room, she told my kids to not make noise with their noise makers. We would never allow that. Kids are human beings and deserve to be treated kindly. The adults who were noisily partying in the room next to our room were very likely not told to be quiet. Do not try to parent my kids when they aren’t doing anything wrong.

The staff was amazing. Checking in on Christmas to this gorgeous hotel was just lovely. Bar staff amazing! Place was so clean, and so warm. Pool and hot tub very nice. Water temps were perfect! Such a unique stay we cannot wait to return. Prices for gift shop and bar were average, no over pricing :)
