Room was neat and clean. Front desk representatives were curtious. Central to the events that we chose. The only negative was our HVAC in the room - the thermostat was way off and at one point we cut the A/C on to get the roof to a comfortable temperature.

Breakfast was filthy, terrible food. The room was good, but the lighting in the room was poor. The lampshades were unscrewed and hanging. I didn't let my little one touch the lamp. The room entrance door was knocked out like someone forcefully entered the room. Even though we stayed one night, we were scared.

I didn’t have very high expectations but I did not expect to find a bug on the wall in my room. Nor did I expect to have Dominos trying to get into my room at 11:30pm. I’ve never been to a hotel that allowed delivery people beyond the lobby. The property is dated.. which is fine and I understand Marriott will be taking it over - which is good news, but this is a very very disappointing stay. Unfortunately the area was busy and we couldn’t find a last minute alternative otherwise we would have.

There was a soccer tournament happening so naturally a team was all staying at the hotel. They were extremely loud and banging on random doors. Parents nor the hotel staff didn’t try to quiet them down. I told the front desk clerk at 11:00 and he shrugged his shoulders and said “I know”
