We checked in but couldn’t sleep in the room. In the room #2004 right next to the bed small door with the lock on it. And behind the door some kind of motor working nonstop. We asked for another room. We were told that there is no rooms available. We checked out at midnight.

The staff was amazing. The Maid that did our room was so friendly and kind to my small children. The pool was great. Only complaint was how expensive the arcade games were. But my boys loved playing them so it was good. We loved everything about it. thank you so much

The room had sliding doors that opened to the wedding in progress. It was disconcerting knowing a full party was raging on the other side of the glass. We felt closed in and the music was extremely loud until 10:00pm. The mattress was hard and had a weird lump down the whole side that wouldn't move. Overpriced and underwhelming

Staff upon check in was amazing , was greeted by Rosa. Very professional and easy check in . Warm Cookies are great and staff is friendly .Breakfast staff is efficient and welcoming . Good food and options. Hotel is very clean . Beds are extremely comfy . Very easy to get by the town by using Lyft or Ubers.

Nice family getaway

We usually stay at Hilton’s whenever we go on vacation due to the flexible pet policy - the hotel itself is nice, it’s at a great location - conveniently located next to a shopping center with Starbucks , dominos, cvs, etc and across the street is a McDonald’s and a giant - the hotel rooms and grounds were very clean. The room was a little smaller than other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at and they didn’t offer a free breakfast which was disappointing but it was okay for my family of three plus our dog for two nights- any longer and it would have been cramped. They have a huge indoor heated pool here with a indoor splash pad for smaller kids which we loved however it wasn’t very clean- three times we visited and they had the same dirt on the floor and clumps of hair the hole time So I know it hasn’t been mopped - the splash pad is freezing like abnormally cold but our kid enjoyed it- the only issue was the first night there was about 10-12 , about 12!62-3 old kids screaming at the top of their lungs, taking over the entire giant pool - making it very uncomfortable for everyone else’- I saw a couple come and leave - the kids also followed us into the splash pad screaming so loudly and running around - kids are kids and it would have been okay if someone was there to check on them the pool is not monitored at all- also there was only one working elevator during our stay which was a little inconvenient but not a huge deal. Other than that it was very quiet- I would stay again.

This hotel is fancy and beautiful. The main issue I have with many hotels/motels cheap and pricey is the shower water pressure. I have long hair and to wash it with shampoo and conditioner after each pool session takes an hour because the water pressure is low and takes a while to get the shampoo out.

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom! The pillows were very comfortable! Was very helpful when we asked for another comforter as my daughter spelt a bottle of water by accident on the one in the room and we explained to them and they brought one up within minutes Without any hesitation or attitude. The pool area was clean, but could’ve been a little bit cleaner as there were peoples hair all over the floor and areas to me that was gross but the pool was warm. I did not go in it have a hot tub and I don’t know why so that was kind of a bummer, they change the restaurant that they had there and I did not eat it. My daughter did and said it was just OK. I would stay here again.

This was a great stay for our family trip to Lancaster. Pool with a kids activity pool in a separate area, small arcade, clean upgraded lounge areas, nice lobby bar. The staff at the desk was attentive and kind, warm cookies on arrival. I will for sure be back to stay at this property!
