I enjoyed my stay. But the staff needs some work. When I checked in and out I had to yell hello three times until someone came out to help me. Why wasn't anybody attending the desk? But other than that it was a nice hotal. I'd come again.

It’s time to update - and they should do it faster. It’s a beautiful facility that must have been wonderful in its heyday. However, it’s sagging in disappointment. You’ll still enjoy your stay but will feel like you’re missing something - paying the high prices with a removed jacuzzi and subpar cleaning of the pool. Things could be cleaned better but they are not every time you look. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and the staff is nice but I expect more from a Hilton.

The hotel is lovely and they are updating the rooms. However, construction on rooms adjacent to ours began at 7 am and that was not how I expected anger to be awoken. One would think that they would keep remodeling in one area of the hotel and not use the adjacent rooms for sale, especially since the hotel was not full. The upgraded room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom lacked anywhere to hang towels or a bathrobe, and there was no hair dryer provided when there used to be.

A great stay with both beauty & comfort

I really enjoyed staying at DoubleTree in Lancaster, PA. From the moment we arrived everyone was so welcoming & friendly. The hotel was very clean, almost fancy for me, and beautiful. I love that there's an accessible "Sweet Shop" where snacks can be purchased. The pool is lovely. Very clean & pretty. Towels are provided. Its open until 10pm & thete's an adjacent kiddie section for the little ones. The rooms come stocjed with plenty of towels & pillows (important to me-4 to a bed) & they have comforters not just a thin blanket. It was well worth it for me. There's a restaurant/bar inside and its family friendly. I would definietly return!

We had a great Easter weekend staying at Doubletree. My 3 granddaughters 7,6 and 1 year loved both pools. Breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonably priced. The suite worked out well for my daughters family.
