Exceeded expectations
We closed on our house and needed a place to sleep the night before traveling the next day. We had a pickup full of household stuff as well as our chocolate lab. Our room was clean, well supplied and everything exceeded our expectations. All staff members were kind, courteous and helpful. Our dog was also welcomed which is a must whenever we travel any place. Good job, Candlewood staff!

The first room we got looked to be under construction and not ready for guests. We went to the lobby and asked for a new room and without hesitation they gave us a new room and it was fantastic! It was clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

What I am most bitter about is the pet fee. They charged me a fee, when I was told this was in case of a pet accident. I travel often with my dog and use Airbnb or book pet friendly hotels and NEVER have been charged a pet fee. My dog stays very clean and take her out often so no accidents happen. Also people smoking in the parking lot gives this place a bad taste.

Tried to check in early and the front desk person was rude, telling me check in was not until 3 but when our room was ready it smelled like poop when we walked in, we were moved to another but then Wi-Fi and telephone didn’t work, also for the amount of money I spent, breakfast should have been included.
