The rooms need a lot of cosmetic help. Paint peeling you can see where doors have banged into other doors, bathtub needs repair it has places where pieces came off. If the rooms would be upgraded cosmetically wise it would have been nice. Parking was fine. Staff was nice, however we called the front desk a few times and they wouldn’t answer so we would have to go downstairs.

there was indoor pool listed whe they didnt have one. I need help getting back into my room early in the morning amd we coulmt fidn the 3rd shift front desk persom for over a hour, no signs or prices on the item in there market. not enought towels for how many people where listed to stay in the room. nect to my hightstand , as side of the bed there were chips on the floor. there was leak behind the toilet ehich was not fixed the whole weekend we stayed, 2 nights.

The front desk were great. Kathy was wonderful. She knew us by name as soon as we walked in. She remembered us from our past trips. The property is going down hill. Much needed repairs. The door to get into our room was not working properly. The refrigerator was making all sorts of noises was hard to sleep. There was one spoon in the room. Shower curtain was too short and water went over the floor. These little things may seem like nothing to complain about but when you pay money to stay it means a lot.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. The laundry room was also clean. Swimming Pool area needs alot of attention. The chairs were broken. All of the air ducts are all rusty and coming a part. In the room the lock fell off in my hand and the door was sticking to threshold, making a loud noise! The deadbolt didn't work. If these things were fixed it. I would rank the perfect stay!

The snack room was such a fun idea! The staff was never at the desk. We had to wait to check in and out. The room was amazing though. We’d come again but plan to leave time to check in and out.
