Such a cute and clean rental! Well stocked coffee bar and the beds were so comfy after a long day. Quiet nice neighborhood, and host was quick to respond to questions. Left thoughtful touches throughout the space. 10/10 would recommend!

There was mold in the shower . The plastic glassware that was provided was extremely greasy & scratched. Also, I have had month long stays at other properties & every week we were provided fresh linens & paper towels & toilet tissue. We were provided 1 kitchen towel so had to buy them. Bought sheets as didn’t want to be responsible for shoving the nice king size sheets provided into the small washer & dryer as was suggested. A second set was dropped off & not only were they polyester they also had hair on them. Disappointing .

Suzy was an excellent host! She was very kind and accommodating to our special needs. The guest house is really nicely done! Perfect for our small family and my disabled husband. It exceeded our expectations based on previous experiences with other VRBOS. It’s pretty centrally located too, which was nice. It’s only a 13 minute drive to the Orlando-Sanford airport. I enjoyed the private entrance. The pool was also really nice but unfortunately our stay was too chilly to partake. We will definitely be using this VRBO for any of our future needs when we’re in the area.

The little guest house was perfect size for my husband and I. Convenient to all the highways that you need to get anywhere. 1st time staying somewhere that we had to share space (pool), did not feel comfortable with this.

The perfect little house

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our host took care of all of our needs; and even had extra amenities that we didn’t expect.(snacks, laundry detergent.) We’ll definitely come back when we are in the area again.
