Really friendly and professional check in Made me feel right at home. Easy to find the Blossom as they’ve even got pictures and directions from Gojo station. 5 minute walk and only one stop away from Kyoto station. Room clean and solid eco credentials. Fantastic food in restaurant- had to get up twice to get service - good let down by mediocre service. Sublime public bath area. Lobby and entrance are amazing

Best stay in Kyoto

Great location, subway access right next to the hotel! Grocery store right next door! The hotel is new, great access from the street! Beautiful spacey lobby! The hotel restaurant is pretty delicious! The staff is very courteous and so kind! Rooms are very big for Japan and are very well equipped with everything you need and tastefully designed! Walk to shopping is about 10-15 min and hundreds of restaurants behind the hotel on the old streets of Kyoto!

Very nice hotel. Very clean and the rooms were spacious and nice. Could be a little loud at night due to the fire station across the street. You may want ear plugs to sleep well. Very nice onsen and rest area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Facility is very nice! Location is surrounded by residential area, not in the busy tourist shopping/dining area, it's about 1 mile walk to the sightseeing places( Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu-dera). In a 98F degree day, we just took taxi cuz it was too hot to walk, about $10 ride to nearby tourist places. Room is big and clean. There is public bath in the basement level with some drinks and free ice creams for all guests when we came back from outings, which was quiet nice.
