This hotel is clean and quiet, with very friendly staff. It's pretty centrally located, with a bus stop right in front, and it's just a few blocks from a major subway stop. It's only a few blocks from Nijo-jo Castle (make reservations online, to see inside). There's a 7-11 across the street, and if you want to stock up your room with groceries, there's a Life store a few blocks away. They have EXCELLENT sushi and other prepared foods, at very low prices.

Had such a nice stay here we added a couple of extra days. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. It was a busy yet surprisingly quiet street close to everything we needed to get to.

Not bad at all!

Overall, the hotel was good. Clean, although on my first day there was hair on the bathroom floor and bathtub. Kitchen stuff could be a bit nicer. The hotel is 9min from Nijo station and there are plenty of supermarkets around.
