Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is superb - a very convenient location. Steps to mtr Jordan station and lots of buses on Nathan road and Jordan road to different area. Downside is room was small, and only hand soap (by the sink) and ONE shower gel / hair shampoo were provided. Suggested to bring your own shower gel / shampoo / conditioner.

Mi checked in on oct 4 to oct 8 for 4 nights, my room no was1109, room is dated, 11 floor hall way have a heavy smoke all the time, after 2 nights they switched us to the 9 floor , that was better, people in the front desk are not friendly at all, except on e girl her last name is Chan , I am going to Hong Kong next fall, will not stay at this place for sure

The cleaning lady was great, super nice and welcoming! The facilities were terrible, everything is 20 years old, worn out and just not acceptable. They took a 500 HKD which was returned, but I can’t believe they would even take a deposit for such a worn out room anyway 😂

Great location

The hotel was not easy to see because of lack of signage but the A21 bus from the airport drops you right outside. The Jordan MTR is close by as are many Chinese restaurants and there is a McDonalds across the road. The room and the bed were comfortable and the shower had very good pressure. There was no bottled water supplied or toiletries. The staff could have been more welcoming and helpful but overall it was a pleasant stay
