This is literally a 5-star type hotel. It is super clean, the amenities are top-notch (Do NOT forget to visit the Sky Garden and rooftop pool. We did not bring swimwear and it was a tad cold in the mornings so we could not have a dip, but the view of the harbour was incredible from the rooftop.) and the staff is highly professional. We were upgraded to a much bigger, corner suite because of my Expedia membership. As a family of 3 with a teenage daughter, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hong Kong in the future. Note that this hotel is nearer to the airport and train stations so very easy to get around. You can even take the train (2 transfers) to Sunnybay station going to Disneyland.

Staff were very friendly. We are not used to having someone open doors for us, that was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and the shower was huge. The gym was the best i have ever seen at a hotel gym, lots of cardio machines, dumbells and machines. Location is also excellent, easy walking distance to most attractions.

Everything was fine with room except the television. I thought the batteries in the remote control were dead, but new ones did nothing. Very difficult to navigate channels. And when I finally did do, the channels available were few and not good.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The room is clean and they let me stay in a higher floor. It’s nice and quiet there. I also had a few meals in the restaurants. A bit expensive as expected. I like the Vietnamese restaurant better.

Lovely hotel in the East TST region. Short walk to TST or East TST MTR station which can get you to pretty much anywhere in HK. Walk to harbour is incredible and only a short walk away from hotel. Hotel is showing is age, but very clean, tidy and shows some old school luxury charm. Concierge and reception staff are wonderful and very helpful.
