Great stay for the price. We only needed overnight stay so didn't take advantage of any amenities but was still pleased. Very clean. I would have given a 5 but it took our room a very long time to cool down. Had to turn the air down to 60 to get it down to a comfortable 70. Great area. Lots of shopping and dining options and a great downtown close by.

Hotels.Com did not send registration to Hotel. Young man at desk was very understanding, as it was second time that day. He supplied number to call and helped get it straightened out in 15-20 minutes.

The property was adequate for our one night need. Edges of everything is dirty. Laundry running early morning wakes up all connecting and above rooms. Breakfast is very limited but sufficient. Coffee is pretty much instant coffee. Pool not yet open- think that should be noted before a booking.

No Elevator

We were not notified by Hotels.com that this property does not have an elevator. The person at check in did not offer alternative accommodations on the 1st floor. The bathroom tub caulking at the floor possible mold room 234. Bathroom exhaust fan is very loud. The staff needs to learn how to make coffee, it was just colored water. They also needed a $100.00 hold which I have not encountered at other properties. The room charge is excessive for the poor quantity of our stay. Hotels.com also has this property rated above 8. I would rate this property at 7.0 or lower.
