Very pleasant

Room was super clean. The Kickback's are very beneficial and convenient way to grab a drink and/or decent grub. Simple offerings, but they are tasty

We loved the free breakfast and dinner snacks (which was enough food for dinner). The indoor pool and hot tub was enjoyable as well.

Always good

Always a great stay at a these hotels. Love the breakfast and throwback in the evening. Everything was good with this stay except the road noise. We were on the front side of the hotel facing the interstate and it was not terrible, but enough to keep you from falling asleep right away. Would stay again though

Extremely clean from the lobby to the elevator and the room. Shower was well appointed and towels quality was outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to a number of restaurants 2-3 minutes from the hotel. Excellent breakfast provided.

Used to be great but declining

This is always our #1 hotel but we have noticed some decrease in the cleanliness and comfort. We have allergies and noticed the allowing of pets is affecting us more and more so we will have to make a change of hotels when we are Knoxville. The smell of pets and the hair is disgusting.

Great room

It was very comfortable and private. I highly recommend the studio suite. It was spacious. The breakfast was kept up and very good.

We were very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and TWO meals! Food Service staff was incredibly attentive. This visit will cause us to look into Drury Inns from now on! EXCELLENT expereince!
