This Marriott was not what I am accustomed to. The elevator was not working. The room was decent, it took 20 to check out and there were 3 employees at the counter. Two of the individuals didn’t even give eye contact and left the checking out process to a new employee who was having a hard time on the phone. I felt bad for her. I would not recommend this hotel.

Well paying over $200 per night, there was no room service unless you ask for it. The check in staff don’t tell you about this, there is a sheet of paper with the notice on it and you are expected to see it as you check in. It was tucked away at the corner of the counter with artificial flowers in front of it.

The hotel needs some updates and the elevator is STILL broken. I had seen it was broken from reviews a month ago, but assumed it would be fixed. It was not! The hotels in this area are mainly catering to truck drivers and tourists just passing through. It's not ideal for business travel.

It wasn't awful, just not the usual Fairfield in standard. Elevator not working. Room at 78 when we checked in, kick down to 64 in middle of the night. Day time staff was not rude just matter of fact and direct.
