DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Pull up to this gorgeous lush community and step foot onto the covered porch of your home in Paradise. As you enter this spacious floor plan, you instantly feel the peacefulness of this lovingly-furnished and fully equipped townhome. High ceilings, tile floors and fans throughout will cool your senses on a sultry afternoon. Relish time together concocting your favorite meals in the kitchen area with new appliances, black granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Dine at the indoor dining area for 4 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast nook or out on back deck. There is a bar area as well so you can craft up evening cocktails together in style!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.... The Great room includes a queen sofa sleeper adjoining a full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will enjoy a queen guest bedroom that opens up to an airy covered balcony, a cozy writing desk and an en suite full bathroom with a relaxing shower/tub combination. The luxurious master king bedroom resides across the hall and also boasts an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms offer flat screen TVs for your enjoyment and ample closet space/drawer storage.
OUTDOOR LIVING... French doors to the covered, spacious back porch will call your name to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Steps from the unit you will delight in the tranquil heated community pool area with a waterfall and surrounding loungers. Take a short stroll down to the treasures of Duval Street or sneak away to a nearby beach. This unit is perfectly located to the island’s best bars, restaurants and all the high-end galleries. Gas grill available to grill up your fresh catch.
PARKING... The home comes with covered parking for one vehicle.
PETS... Pets up to 40 pounds are considered and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.
MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable)
BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Fantastic Rental
This property is well kept and has all of the amenities for an amazing stay. From a full kitchen to the propane grill on the patio, food preparation is a breeze. The washer and dryer simplify your packing and your stay. Two full bedrooms and two full baths upstairs ensures everyone's privacy. Location is close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be comfortable. This place sits on a dead end street so passing traffic is never an issue. The property management personnel are incredibly responsive. Full cable and internet are provided. A great stay.
