1st floor garden-view unit, King in the master bedroom, A double and a single in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has high speed wireless. Nautical adventures is a spacious property with access to the private balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the tropical gardens. There is a full size fully equipped eat in kitchen, a dining table for 6. A full size washer dryer and a spacious living room for everyone to gather comfortably. Just a short walk to the pool and Jacuzzi. For the Sports enthusiast there are 3 lighted Tennis courts once of which is the only clay court on the island. This was a great find in a perfect location. Just a 1.5 mile walk to the southernmost point - past scenic Higgs Beach and the White St. pier. Perfect for those that enjoy their morning walk. Also just a short walk to Smather’s beach. The condominium was just as described. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our group. The amenities including the pool and hot tub were excellent. Bicycle rental is an excellent way to see the island and I would highly recommend it! All in all, I would highly recommend Nautical Home Key West.

Nice amenities if you’re looking for a home away from home. Even has a nice pool, tennis courts, & fitness room on site to use. Only issue is if you want to be where all action is in Key West then this is opposite end of most things & need a mode of transportation such as renting a golf cart (bike, scooter or bring your car). But you are right next to Smathers Beach & close to airport.

So the unit is cute and spacious.. We just had a few issues. After bringing in our luggage and getting settled into the bedrooms, I went to use the hallway bathroom and there were bugs in the corner to the right of the sink. There was some dirt still on the bathroom floor. There was a lightbulb that was burnt out around the mirror.The next morning, when I went to take a shower, there was still hair on the tile.Also when we entered the unit there were two broken closet doors. The other couple that we were staying there with had the master bedroom/bathroom and she said that the garbage can smelled of used tampons, even though there was a clean garbage bag in it.No screen on master bedroom patio door, and the bed needs to be flipped or changed because of the divets in mattress.But the main and biggest concern is the twin bed in our bedroom has bedbugs! I slept in that bed and got bit all over. I did get diagnosed by my doctor as she looked at the rash/bites all over me. So I would definitely recommend getting the whole unit treated by a professional. There was also a lot of dust/dirt behind the twin bed as we pulled it out.And one other minor issue is the kitchen counter top was gritty/sandy. This could have been from the sand blasting that was taking place across from our building. But I feel that since we couldn’t enter until 4 we were under the assumption (according to Kirk) it just had been cleaned.

Amazing

We were able to check in early. The place was spotless and all communications were prompt. We had such a wonderful time. The pool and hottub were beautiful. I had broken my leg 2 days earlier so it was amazing to check in early with my bags. I would recommend this condo to anyone whom wants a comfortable place to stay, pool, and beautiful views.

Older unit, but very clean & well kept. Only challenge we had was our pickup was a little too high to park in parking garage. We parked on surface parking which was still convenient and worked out fine.

Key West Condo

Nice, quiet location. Condo had fairly nice furniture and most kitchen equipment you needed. Need to keep in mind this is a residential complex and not a resort. Pool and hot tub hours are dawn to dusk 5:30 ish. This condo is mostly away from any restaurants and Duval Street so you will have to have transportation.

Nice place, on the beach, easy to get to.

Check in process was a little rough, along with parking, just knowing which part of the building to go to. Another couple had said the same thing that were ststing there too. Some units have two different numbers, another guest showed us to our room, the number is engraved on the door knocker and hard to see. Place was clean, although the glasses and plates weren't, glasses had residue in them and the plates stuck together. We basically washed all the dishes and glassware when we arrived. The place was very comfortable, deck was great. The pool was amazing too. We ended up staying in and playing cards some nights. Don't be afraid to explore other waslys to get to the garage, pool, and beach. A liquor store, a couple of restaurants were close by for dinning options and stocking the fridge. I would definitely stay here again with groups of 4 or more.

Cozy Condo at Smathers Beach

Condo had a great location, lovely decorated and was supplied with many extra amenities. Located near the airport and conveniently located within a 10-minute drive to the Key West downtown/active area. Condo pool, spa & gym were lovely and residents very kind and informative. We will stay there again!

Our unit was as shown on website. Excellent property for the price! This unit is vey spacious and was clean-could use a little updating but again, for the price it was good. Pool is gorgeous-we couldnt enjoy all the outdoor amenities due to weather, but our girls loved the hot tub. Transportation was super easy-Uber always there in 1 or 2 minutes. Check-in and out also very easy. I would definitely stay here again

Smather’s Beach Condo

Property was very clean and well-stocked. Loved the pool and hot tub. Rocky shoreline on property and no access to Smather’s Beach due to construction. Limited wi-fi at times. Great area to see the sunrise.

Quiet Community

Clean and well-kept. No real water access from the beach, as the shoreline is rocky. As a crew in our mid to late 30s, we were the youngest by decades, though we did see a few peers walking about the property. Would recommend for a quiet getaway, but if you're planning on spending your evenings on Duval street, look elsewhere!
