This luxury villa is located in the Ocean Tower on the 6th floor (O604). You'll be impressed with the professionally furnished villa and the spectacular ocean view. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The lanai also overlooks the lap pool and the resort's beautiful garden. The spacious villa is 1,250 square feet and has a king size, two twin size beds (option to combine together) and a queen size sofa bed.

Our stay was wonderful! The villa exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We slept so well! The view is out of this world, overlooking the lap pool, hot tub, with the lagoon/kiddie pool and additional hot tubs a short walk beyond the first pool, then to the beachside lagoon. The closet had beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and a cooler. The sunsets are stunning from the beach or the balcony. We saw whales every night at sunset and were lucky enough to get a full breach one night! We were less than 1/2 mile walk to the Marriott restaurants and marketplace as well as 1/2 mile walk to the Ko’Olina visitors center that offers an ABC store, local shopping, and restaurants. The purpose of our visit was to visit our son stationed at Schofield Barracks. We chose this location due to proximity. We are never more than 35 minutes from him in rush hour traffic making this stay ideal. He was able to drive out after work, park in guest parking and enjoy a home cooked meal in the beautiful kitchen while dining on the balcony. The kitchen has great appliances and everything you need to shop for the week and cook at home. There are ample grocery stores within a 10-15 minute drive, including Costco. Aside from eating at 808 Craft House and Longboards (both very good), we ate at home as the kitchen allowed for that. We will most certainly be back to paradise and will easily book this stay again! Thank you.

Our stay in Ko’Olina was incredible! We loved the condo—perfect for our family of five (with one on the pullout couch bed for seven nights with no complaints!). The location in Ko’Olina is perfect with many things in walking distance, and steps to the beach and pools. Condo well-stocked with cooking basics (foil, cooking spray, most spices), and grocery stores in Kapolei—so we cooked breakfasts and a few dinners. Condo also had umbrellas, a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards—perfect for several beach days! One of our favorite vacation rituals was sitting on the lanai with a glass of wine each night and watching the sunset—perfect west-facing lanai! Would absolutely come back and recommend this spot to our friends and family.

Beautiful location, we had a small hiccup with the power tripping in one bedroom - complete nonissue just pointing out to say how quick and responsive they were to fix it, resolved same day. Plenty of restaurants, Costco and target near by. The location is everything, driving distance to Waikiki - nice to stay on the outside of such the busy city. More relaxing vibes but still with all the amenities.

My husband and I and our 4 teenagers enjoyed a relaxing vacation in Hawaii. Clean unit. Great location and views from balcony. Enjoyed the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys provided. Choice of two pools and hot tubs. Great access to the path around the lagoons. Short drive or walk to market and restaurants. Costco and Target less than 10 minute drive. Can’t wait to return!

The beach villas at Ko Olina are beautiful and overall resort area is paradise! For the price we paid, our particular condo needed to be upgraded. We expected a more luxurious feeling. Carpets were very worn; some furniture needed repair; artificial plants both indoor and outdoor were dusty and looked dead. Pots and pans needed a thorough cleaning; many were greasy. Bath towels were very worn also.

We really enjoyed the KOlina Beach Villas, the resort was beautiful, clean and very easy to get around. The villas was clean upon checkin, the kitchen had a good variety of pans, cookware to work with. The beaches and pool areas are very clean, well maintained. We’d come again!

Both the condo and Beach Villas property are wonderful as was our interactions with the condo owners and the local contact/greeter. Loved that there was a quiet pool and hot tub, plus other pools and hot tubs for families/more activities. Overall, the Beach Villas are quieter than other resorts along the lagoons which we absolutely loved. There are many amenities nearby within walking distance as well as easy access to highways to get to other parts of Oahu. I’d highly recommend the Beach Villas to anyone and can’t wait to return sometime in the future!

Great location, beautiful condo and perfect space for our family (2 parents, one 15 yr old boy and 20 year boy). Great lagoon, pool, nearby amenities and really great. Nice and quiet and we were able to get to north shore, waikiki easily.

The property didn’t quite meet our expectation. Number one was the outdated showers. The picture shows up to date new showers . The water stream strikes onto the wall and I had to lean on the wall to catch the water. Tried to adjust the shower head - no use. Number two- refrigerators. The doors are so hard to open , need to use both hands to pull it open. Always opened it from the second attempt. We caught 4 cockroaches which was disgusting . The chairs on the lanai are dirty ( fabric) of overuse.I put the towel to sit on and got a warning I am doing it. Must give a credit to the chairs - very comfortable, The receptionist was rude on the day of our arrival .I asked her why I am filling out the form and checking the car information but we don’t have a car, she gave me a dirty look and replied “ just fill it out”. Never saw any smile on her face. Lastly, it would be nice to have a mop to wipe the floors. I like to keep it clean all the time. For me cleanliness is number one thing! The resort itself is beautiful. Always a lot of empty chairs.

We had issues with parking, spaces are not very wide and someone parked in our spot! Was told to park anywhere above and then was told I had to move car again as I was now parked in someone’s spot! No one let me know when our spot became open.
