Breakfast buffet was terrible. I have had better continental breakfast at motels. This $25 per person buffet had watered down eggs, cheap sausage and milk and yogurt left open and exposed and not refrigerated. i was really shocked for such a classy hotel to have such a low rent breakfast.

I celebrated my birthday in KC so I knew that once again we’d stay at the Hilton on the Country Club Plaza!

We were in town for a concert and had a few hours to before the event, so we walked around the Plaza. Found a great bar to have a cocktail and light dinner. It was an extra cost for the parking garage, which is typical in that area. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room, although had no great view, was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend.

The only redeeming quality of this place is its location. Everything else was utter crap. Upon check-in, I had to use my debit card as my credit card was lost and staff tells me once I receive my emergency replacement, which I did two days later, the funds being held would be immediately moved to my CC. They claim they just sent funds release but of course my bank doesn’t see it and likely won’t for days so now I have money held against both my cards (Debit & Credit). Moral of the story is: Try not to lose your cards while traveling. Note: This hotel also greeted me with a stained comforter. Yuck! Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The ataff was great i told them my daughter wanted a view and a higher floor and the accomedated and put us on the 11th floor. Also very kind and attentive. I needed blankets for pull out there were at the door minutes with everything i needed.
