Room was great but every half hour I heard the sound of someone dragging a chair across a concrete floor. Also they checked someone into our room that tried to get in while we were sleeping.

We found trash and a dirty sock in the room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We booked a room for 3 people but were only given 2 washcloths and then we were given a hand towel when we asked for more. The windows were so drafty that we had to turn the heat up pretty high. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant the first night and were told it would be over an hour and a half before our party of 7 could be seated but there were plenty of open tables. We couldn’t push 2 tables together but were allowed to be seated right away if we split our party up. Keep in mind there was one waitress so it wasn’t like staffing was the reason and there was a party of 6 already seated.

The rooms AC/heater only blew out hot air. We called to get it fixed and he said he would and then never showed. Thankfully the windows opened a bit and we were able to keep them open all night. Otherwise it wouldve been terribly hot. The mini fridge wasnt cold.

Yes everything was lovely. Great for leisure time. It was about 15 minutes from Royals and Chiefs stadium. If you love to eat and shop this is the area. Everything was in walking distance. Hotel was exceptional. Valet parking and rooms were very clean. When I visit again I will be staying in this area again. Thanks for the good time KC.

We chose this property to view the Plaza Lights. The check in agent was not customer friendly and we were not sure why. She “offered” a room on a lower floor that would not accommodate the view of the Plaza lights. We asked for mgmt and amazingly she was able to offer a room with view. However, the room had a rancid smell and we had housekeeping

I enjoy this Hotel every time I have the need to stay to overnight in the city. Robert at the front desk is always so helpful, professional and I look forward to seeing him and getting that gracious greeting.
