This is a great old historic property in a very accessible part of the city. We were a little early for the Streetcar extension down Main St, but that will be a great improvement when it opens next month.The property accommodated our family of 17 adults and 6 children with ease. There are separate living areas and kitchens on each floor and outdoor space on the upper floors giving everyone their own space, but allowing us to all be in the same house. One important note, we like to do our own cooking and while the property does have countertop stoves and air fryer/toaster style ovens, there is not a full size oven/stove in the property. We made it work.Jessica was super helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and issues.

The house is enormous, well-equipped and centrally located. Jessica was a pleasure to chat with and extremely helpful throughout the process. If you ever have occasion to be in KC, I would recommend this house wholeheartedly.
