Staff was incredibly accommodating. Loved the coffee at the market. Overall great stay! We had some late night noisy neighbors (not the hotels fault, can happen anywhere)- but the hotel staff handled it quickly and professionally.

I had an outstanding dinner last night at the hotel. Staff could not be nicer. Not the greatest location for travel with a dog as there are very little grassy areas for tinkles.

Rooms was great, the staff was helpful and super nice. My only two complaints are the price to park the car and the street racing that was happening two nights in a row from 12am -2am especially when you have an early flight the next day.

Unfortunate situation when we checked in for the Chiefs game. We booked a room with two double beds for 3 people and they only had king rooms available. We ended up having to book a different hotel. A slow and not very helpful staff.

The historic beauty of this hotel was just unexpected and made our stay so special. The lobby is gorgeous. The intimate bar is very unique and our room was quiet and clean. Although we had booked a King room, the hotel clerk had said they were overbooked and were going to move us to a double queen. His name was Chase and I explained that that was not going to work. He did check his computer and kept us in a king-size room, which made our stay very nice. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and look forward to checking the special events at their entertainment bar in the basement.
