Well the plus needs major updating. They painted the bottom of the tub and they are super slick to get in and out of. The sheets were full of stains the rooms were surface clean but not really clean the room was crawling with ants gnats and moths. I killed a big moth on the bathroom mirror three days ago and the cleaning people that came in that cleaned my room daily never once cleaned the moth off. The coffee pot in the room didn’t work. The other people that booked a room next to us their never worked. Then they charge you $13.99 a day to park ur car how dumb is that I can see charging if i was flying out and leaving it there but I was staying there. Worst place ever I am a hiltons honors member and I will never again stay at that place! I paid almost $700 for 6 days and $80 for parking and after u pay for the parking they tell you they are not liable for any lost stolen or damaged vehicles so what is the purpose of the fee?!?! Bring your own cleaning supplies and sheets plus bug spray if u stay here!!

Katy the shuttle bus driver was a 5 star service. Checking in and out great My room very clean and I even got a top floor as I requested. Restaurant experience was not good however the manager took immediate action. Location was exactly what I needed. I will recommend and return.

Overall stay was fine. Front desk staff were very friendly. The guest staying next to me was extremely loud even when I complained about the noise to the front desk. My room was mostly clean but noticed dirt in the corners in the sleeping space on the carpet. As well as hair in the bathroom. Finally the staff member that drove the shuttle complained to the entire bus about her morning as well as cars driving through “her” parking lot to go to the gas station. A bit unprofessional.

We paid extra for a Deluxe/Larger Room w/ King Bed and Pullout (for our kid) but instead got a regular room with 1 bed and a chair. We were told they couldn’t do anything about it other than a breakfast ticket. The next day they said they could get me in the room we reserved, upon moving to that room we found that once again…not the room we reserved and this one even had outlets without covers! Unsafe for many reasons but especially having our 14mo daughter with us. The air conditioning in both rooms was broken and wouldn’t get the room below 75 degrees. Water damage on all ceilings/walls, gaps under the doors large enough for anyone to look under. We cut our vacation short due to all of this and just headed home. No refund or anything was offered other than a free breakfast. I will not be referring this to any family, friends, players, etc in the future. Ruined what should have been a great weekend.
