We were there for World Cup. The lobby was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and the showers were great with amazing water pressure. The location of the property near the KC streetcar system, plus the price, made it a no brainer. It was easy to get anywhere for a tourist. The room was clean, the breakfast was on par with other hotel breakfast bars, and the staff was super friendly. The only problems were the pool area was too cold, pool and air in it, and the TV in the room was VERY slow. Like, it was on dialup or something.
