This is the second floor of a duplex. Once inside you'll find the living room, one of the king beds, dining table and kitchen, You'll walk into the bedroom and find the other king bed and attached bathroom where the washer and dryer are located.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long-term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
