The property is poorly managed. The front desk card changed our card again even though the stay was prepaid. Walls are super thin. While the hotel looked recently updated, it's not maintained well.

No pool high deposit

The people were polite the pool was out of service whole reason I picked this one was for a pool couldn’t even use and get there a 100 deposit should’ve disclose that I feel like no pool room should be been lowered

cleaning staff was not good, my room had left over food in fridge, bathroom was dirty and when i did have to em clean they didn’t replenish toilet paper or tissue, didn’t clean the counters or night table. hair on floor and counters i reported i was getting sick from AC fragrance and they said they would see about moving me never called me back
