The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature for swimming. It is a bit smaller so swimming was limited to times with fewer people. The staff got us checked in our second night earlier which was appreciated with a 2 year old.

This is location is a great hidden gem, loved the atmosphere. If your looking for someone to service you hand and foot, you won't find this here; its great for the ones that want peace and quite and a little adventurist. I plan on coming back and looking forward to staying again.

Paradise Bay is a quaint little location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. It’s a cute place to stay. The building is older, so there are some challenges that come with that. The rooms have box air conditioning; the room we stayed in was a two bedroom. The third room only had a ceiling fan so it was quite warm the entire timeespecially with the humidity. There are steep steps to get to the different areas including most rooms, so be away of that if it is an issue for you. There were tiny bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The most frustrating thing was the towel situation. We had a two bedroom that slept at least four people and were checked in for three people but there were only two bath towels. There was a lengthy process of calling in to get towels, having someone pick them up, and then having new towels delivered. They would not give additional towels so that we had enough for each person. We worked around it by using the pool towels which were easier to get. The room that we choose had a full kitchen with refrigerator or, microwave, microwave ouster, and cook to9. There are BBQs on site too. If you want to use kayaks/SUP/snorkel be sure to reserve potentially days in advance to make sure they are available. There are adorable chickens and cats roaming around which add a bit of fun to the experience; but one of the guys seems to think 1am is something to crow about so if you are a light sleeper you may want ear plugs. Or fried chicken.

I really enjoyed staying at Paradise Bay, it was literally paradise! You come down the street wondering if you're in the right place, you walk into the front desk area and wow the beauty that greets you! Hated the roosters, but that is the Hawaiian experience. Bring a white noise machine and ear plugs and your set for a comfortable night of sleeping. The morning yoga, the floating docks, the beautiful pool is great for night swims, and the deliciously banana bread and coffee in the morning. I loved it all, the rooms might not be fancy but they were perfect, loved having the choice to cook and warm up leftovers.
Lucky to have had pool to myself one beautiful evening.

Our stay at Paradise Bay was absolutely perfect. It was such a treat to escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in a peaceful, serene, and beautiful setting. Our kids loved everything about it—the wild chickens, the snorkel gear, the stand-up paddle boarding, and just exploring the area. Everything about the resort exceeded our expectations, from the stunning views to the relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Paradise Bay to anyone looking for a calm, family-friendly, and truly beautiful retreat.

The property was beautiful and the staff was so nice and willing to help. I only have two complaints from my stay at Paradise Bay Resort. (1) The hotel never seemed to have any clean beach towels. I tried to trade in my beach towel twice for a clean towel and both times I was told that there were no clean towels available and that I would need to return to the front desk at a later time for one. It felt a little crazy to not have enough beach towels to accommodate all the guests at the hotel, especially since water activities are a huge part of the draw to visit Hawaii. (2) Coffee was only available in the lobby until 9 AM. It would have been nice to see coffee available until 10 or 11 AM so there were more opportunities to get two cups of coffee in the morning. Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel that felt very comfortable and clean.

We loved our stay here from how well we were treated during check-in to the beautiful surroundings and view from our room. We were truly able to relax here with the yoga and kayaking too.

Staff was great! Incredible setting with magnificent view. Location was well situated. The room we had was perfect fir sitting on veranda and soaking up the views. The room contained a kitchen area but the layout needs to be reimagined. No counter space, missing essentials like a pot holder or drying rack for dishes. A small butcher block island would be helpful for food prep and to store pots and pans instead if in the oven. There are outside BBQ grills available to use which we did. The room itself was spacious with plenty if windows and a private balcony. The security is very good at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yoga with a very nice instructor is available every morning, no charge. All in all, a very good experience and would recommend.
