Plenty of neighborhood shopping. Very quiet street during day and night. Host should consider placing a few amenities such as toiletries in 1-3 oz bath items, small/large trash can liners, coffee and a few creamers/ sweeteners. Although we travel with our own, the convinces are really appreciated until guest are settled in. Host can add to cost of stay. The home was nice, Great TV's in several rooms. I would choose this property again, just have to be prepared to Host myself. Comfortable beds, very spacious although we used only 1 bedroom. Nice outdoor patio. Nice washer, dryer and fridge. We travel a lot and Host are always considering how to please customer. Thanks Cedric. Hope to stay again! I'll be prepared

The property was actually as picture. The photos doesn't do it any justice.I love the screen in patio that you can sit outside and relax.. The neighborhood was also actually quiet. I love the master bedroom with the bathroom. The property manager was always available with a quick response .

Great Location & Nice Split Plan Home

This home is in a great location, right off of I295 and just behind a Super Walmart. Being right off of I295 made it easy to get around town and a short distance to pretty much anywhere. The house had a nice layout with 3 rooms on one side and the Principal room on the other. It had a nice large living area with a big screen TV so we could all gather together in one place. The dining room table was very large and could easily accommodate 6-8 people. We enjoyed staying in the house and look forward to our next visit.

Perfect stay

This home was an amazing stay for me and my family as we were in Jacksonville for a family reunion. The house and property was immaculate. The back deck was an amazing get away too for the wonderful florida nights. The owner stayed in contact to make sure everything was going. Everything was within a 5-20 minutes drive. We will definitely stay there again when we're back on the area!
