The staff support was lacking. I kept asking for clean towels and they kept saying that they don't have any towels and giving me the Run around, I had to buy my own towels and wash clothes, I had asked for coffee and they said that, they didn't have any coffee.and they took out an extra , $421.00 , There no water coming out the shower I have pics and the manager did care, she had said that she had to leave, and she had left. I was so, I mean so disenchanted with the whole miserable stay! I would not recommend any one to that hotel. No running water for a shower! I had to wash up on the little kitchen sink!

The manager had a terrible attitude, after switching our room three times, because of their poor adequate of cleaning the room and maintence issues. Accountability is really taught and recognized in the world of common courtesy.

The staff is really nice they even offered to wash my sheets and pillow cases and get me freash towels cause we stay long term the staff are very nice i would recommend anyone to stay here

Extremely bad. Cabinets were broken, roaches everywhere. Including inside the fridge. Bed frame headboard was cracked all the counters or cabinets or furniture made of wood were all chipped. The bathroom door was extra dirty. But we needed a place to lay our heads. So we really didn't use anything and checked out the next day. Oh and to top it off they double charged us. And didn't want to refund, but my husband was pretty upset so then they refunded the second charge. Very very disappointing. But you get what you pay for I guess. But the double charge made it worse.
