It was advertised as having a beautiful pool. It was not operational on a Holiday weekend, and there were no rooms available. So it was old out. So many people complained and the staff seemed unfazed. What Happened (Brief Summary) 1. Check-in Chaos: Waited 45 minutes, watched every guest have issues, and current guests walk in with complaints. 2. First Suite Conditions – Unacceptable: Hotter inside than outside, only one unit working. All three beds unmade, no sheets, comforters piled in a corner. No trash bags, trash cans, or towels. 3. Second Suite – No Basic Hospitality: After waiting another 30 minutes with four children, we were reassigned. Requested larger towels to shower, was told “You have to use what was provided at check-in.” The next morning, I was told towels would be brought ASAP. They never came. 4. Outrageous Staff Comment at Checkout: When I reminded staff we never received towels, the employee said, verbatim: “Well, we had more important things going on than your towels.” My four children and the front desk staff heard this, and no one apologized or corrected him. --- Why I’m Reaching Out I’ve stayed at Wyndham properties many times, and this level of service would never be tolerated elsewhere. From filthy, unprepared rooms to rude staff dismissing basic guest needs, this stay was unacceptable and damaging to the Wyndham brand. I have already posted honest reviews, but I want to give Wyndham Corporate the chance to make this right. I

The picture that you have on display for breakfast is definitely NOT what I got. They didn’t start breakfast noon and didn’t have NONE OF THE FOOD in the picture. And the cook lady was RUDE

Worst stay ever !

Rooms had roaches , it took 5 hours to get towels & rags after check in. The Tv didn’t work didn’t get a new one till the next day it’s only 6 channels NOTHING for kids to watch on there . The room door washer sealed correctly so it would not stay cool on one side . FLOORS ARE DIRTY sheets had stains The beds was the BEST thing about the room most comfortable beds ever!! Breakfast was a joke & the pool wasn’t open 1/10 would recommend unless you literally just need to sleep for the night & keep going.

My original check-in date was June 12, 2025. Earlier this morning, I was told that no one can stay in 1 room for more than 21 days and I would need to move rooms. I've been in this same room for 29 consecutive days so that's a lie. I believe Management is trying to make me leave because I have been complaining about the Supervisor attempting to come in my room Unannounced on July 4th 2025. I called the front desk immediately after she did. I asked to speak with the manager but was told she wasn't in. Ironically the housekeeper said that she was. After realizing that my call wasn't taken seriously. I went to the front desk and repeated my issue, that the Supervisor of Housekeeping had attempted to come into my room and that the deadbolt was locked so I also needed the maintenance guy to fixy lock because this was the 2nd time that my door has been opened while the lock was on. On Tues July 6, 2025 I approached the maintenance guy myself because management didn't take my grievances seriously and asked him if he could fix my lock because my door had been opened twice with the deadbolt locked. He informed me that they have a master key that overrides all locks! This is a safety concern!! Since then, they have opened my door 3 additional times while I've been sleep and getting dressed for work! I never signed nor was I told about a 21 day room moving clause. I know my rights and it won't be as easy as they assume. I'm here to avoid homelessness but please be cautious when booking

The property had a different name on the sign other than my reservation. The room smelled horrible of marijuana and cigarette smoke. We had no towels or washcloths and never received after requesting. Breakfast was supposed to be from6-10am but we went at 9 there was hardly any food left, there were no coffee cups, there were no plates. The people at the front desk were nice when checking in and out.
