The hotel was fantastic. Staff were the best, very professional, polite, friendly. All staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Special thanks to Erhan, Sedat, Bellboy Burak… you were amazing!! Breakfast was very good and an evening meal we had was also very good. The spa facility was nice too. The pool was clean and was lovely for a dip after a hot day exploring. Our only disappointment with the hotel was our room location, we had to exit the hotel and enter via a run down street and we had no nice view from either room and it was very noisy in our daughters room which faced the street.

I wish it, I had more time to enjoy the facilities of Seven Hills. All the details make you fell like a king or queen, like a dream. The staff was always smiling and very friendly The food of the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was delicious, too

Wonderful hotel right near all of the sights in the main part of town. Great restaurants nearby and nice ambience around the pool area. The front desk was so kind and helpful with every we needed. Highly recommend!

My friend and I were only here for under 12 hours for a long layover and wanted to see as much as we could in the short time we had available. Erhan was so nice and accommodating, trying to help us figure out what we could see, providing a map and ideas and time closures to better help us. He set up a transport to get us to where we wanted to go to save on time, but there was so much traffic at the time, that the driver was stuck in traffic. He was so kind enough to drive us in his own car and take us. He was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our short visit amazing. Thank you Erhan! The other staff members were wonderful as well and set up early 3am taxi to the airport. The bell hop was awaiting at 3am to take our luggage to the taxi. If back in Istanbul, i would definitely stay here again. Close to most attractions. We walked back from Grand Bazaar and mosque. Beautiful waterfont view! Restaurant was great too!

The staff was friendly and helped find us a better room after we were placed in an alley first floor which was not great. The hotel needs upgrades but is pretty and a welcoming setting. Nice breakfast setting and close to lots of attractions.
