I had a generally good experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient and close to Esteghlal Street, which made getting around quite easy. The room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the bed sheet was not clean enough and had some brown stains, which was disappointing and affected my overall comfort. Aside from this issue, everything else was pleasant, and I hope this can be improved in the future.

My wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. The upgrade to our room was also very good. The staff, from reception to the room cleaners, were excellent. Only the breakfast could be made a little more varied. But overall, the cleanliness, the hotel's ambience and location were very good.

First night was good but second night bathroom was under water cause of upstair. I moved my bags when 5:00am sleepy and drunk and changed my room. Also other they dont gave me rest since morning for cleaning and checkout they start disturbing at 9:00. Wonderful historic otel but horrible management.

My room was incredible !! Very large room and beautifully decorated. The staff was AWESOME !! They were always available if I needed anything or had any questions. And the location was great……one block away from the main boulevard (Istiklal). I will definitely be staying here again ❤️❤️
