Stayed in a 2-bed Residence apartment (separate block to hotel) as a family. Service excellent and the separate hotel building itself offers very good shared facilities (gym, spa, pool) and a beautiful foyer with far reaching views over Bosphorus. Residence apartments are extremely spacious but dated in taste (and some quite dark in decor). Ensure you request a non-smoking room if you need that as smoking is pervasive everywhere. Breakfast (although very good) was served in the separate 'Residence' block which has no views whereas the hotel offers a vast buffet style breakfast in the main hotel restaurant where I believe you can also sit on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. That would have been an incremental charge to attend (discounted to 50% ppn). Seems a shame Residence guests can't share in that given it's set up anyway for hotel guests. Set a little South of the Nisantasi district, it's near the smart shopping area but you will need to take a taxi/walk to tram to head further into the heart of town.

This is a very nice hotel, very clean, big rooms, good food. It looks a little bit dated, with old carpets and decoration. But everything was pristine clean. Amenities in the bathroom can be better also but no complaints.

This property was excellent. From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful. It smelled and looked great. Our room was perfect. The view was heavenly. The breakfast well organized even with all the guests that were present. The food was great. We were able to walk to multiple shops with 10-15 minutes of the hotel. Everyone was helpful and gave very detailed to answers to any questions we had. We even had someone pull a map out for us and shows alternate ways to travel to get where we desired. My wife and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be returning one day.

I had for the 3rd time a really bad experience since we are allergic to smoke. I had requested every single time to provide me with a NON SOMOKING room or apartment. I have no idea if the personnel in charge of reservations do not read, but it is really dissapointing. I have also have to say, once I made the claim kind of mad, the person in the reception did look for a solution and upgraded us to a really nice room. My comment is to be more aware of the requested details in the reservation.
